Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ok200leads ("the Service"), operated by Business Design (Puerto Rico) at ok200leads.com, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

ok200leads is a multi-tenant lead management platform that provides: CRM features, lead capture forms, a lead marketplace (lead inventory), AI-powered lead scoring, email outreach automation, pipeline management, conversation management, and related integrations (WhatsApp, Telegram, Stripe, Resend).

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate signup information.
  • You're responsible for everything done under your account.
  • You must be 18+ and legally able to enter contracts.
  • If we detect abuse, scraping, fraud, or billing disputes, we can suspend or terminate your account without prior notice.

4. Plans & Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are in USD.
  • Plans auto-renew. You can cancel from your Settings page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We don't offer refunds for partial months, but you keep access through the period you paid for.
  • Store credits used to purchase leads are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Taxes (if applicable) are your responsibility.

5. Lead Data & Marketplace

Leads available in the Lead Store are collected from publicly available sources (business directories, public websites, Google Places). We do not knowingly include personal contact information obtained without a lawful basis.

  • Shared leads may be sold to multiple buyers; exclusive leads are sold once.
  • You are responsible for how you contact leads (CAN-SPAM, local opt-out/PR regulations, etc.). ok200leads does not send outreach on your behalf — you authorize and control all campaigns.
  • If a lead requests removal, they can email us at contact@ok200leads.com and we will remove them from our inventory within 30 days.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use ok200leads to:

  • Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited commercial email at scale.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attack the platform.
  • Upload illegal, defamatory, or infringing content.
  • Resell the Service without a signed partnership agreement.
  • Contact minors, protected classes, or anyone on government no-contact lists.

7. Intellectual Property

ok200leads, the platform, code, and branding are owned by Business Design. Your lead data, CRM content, forms, and campaigns remain yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the Service.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee that leads will convert, that emails will be delivered, or that the platform will be uninterrupted. Use at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Business Design's total liability for any claim arising from your use of ok200leads is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

10. Termination

Either party can terminate at any time. On termination, your account is closed and your data is retained for 30 days in case you return. After 30 days, data is deleted.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of San Juan, PR.
